Managing your child’s angry feelings
A course aimed at parents and carers wanting advice to help them manage their child’s anger. It’s a six-week course with weekly hour and a half sessions.
Supporting parents of teenagers
A course for parents and carers of teenagers (and preteens) covering parenting styles, communication, conflict resolution, rules and boundaries. It’s a six-week course with weekly hour and a half sessions.


WILD
Thursdays (by application)
A course for adults to discover new skills and interests. Meet new people. Free creche available. New theme each half term.

GROW
A course for parents and carers looking at how we look after ourselves to look after the children we care for. It's a six-week course with weekly two-hour sessions.
Pudding & Parenting
A friendly course based on The Parenting Puzzle — with practical ideas, supportive conversations and a chance to share the ups and downs of parenting over a pudding.
