The website www.youthandfamiliesmatter.co.uk, is owned and operated by Youth and Families Matter and the expressions “Youth and Families Matter”, “we” and “us” and “our” mean Youth and Families Matter (Company Number 67326731, Charity Number 1128524) whose registered office is at, Testwood Baptist Church, 283a Salisbury Road, Totton, Southampton, Hampshire SO40 3LZ.
These are the Website terms and conditions (the “Conditions”), which apply to the use of the Website by you, the end user. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Conditions.

10.4 No person who is not a party to this agreement shall have any right to enforce this agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
