Support group for parents of children with ADHD

The First Thursday or every month
An informal support network, with sessions of teaching from CAMHS

Young Parents Group

A group for young parents, where they can meet with others in a similar situation. The group meets on a Tuesday afternoon 1-3 at Testwood Baptist Church. Lunch is provided and there are plenty of toys available for the children. For more information contact Linda at the office or email

Self-esteem Group

Anger Management Group

The anger management group is for parents who would like to some tips in helping them manage their children’s angry outbursts. The course was written by YFM,  Families Matter and Hampshire Educational Psychology Department.  It is a 6 week course looking at triggers, and strategies. Parenting Support

YFM are currently running a Supporting Parents of Teenagers Course as well as an Anger Management Group to help parents manage their childrens challenging behaviour, in conjunction with Families Matter Hythe.


Christmas Hampers

Christmas is nearly here and we are very grateful for the donations of food that we have received to go in the Christmas hampers. We have packed 40 hampers for local families.


Harvest Food Collections

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the local schools and churches who collected harvest food donations for the basics bank. Our stocks are looking a lot healthier thanks to their generosity.
