Allison had moved from an Administration background into the field of working with children. She has got 5 years experience of volunteering on Streetwise, and as a part of the Management group for Testwood Baptist Pre-School. She is building on her experience by attending courses including

• Working with children in school, who are exhibiting behavioural or emotional problems
• To run holiday playscheme and activity mornings

Brigitte Kemish is a Registered Nurse in Mental Health (RNMH), and maintains her professional development, having completed other courses, including

• First Aid
• Advanced Child Protection

Her main responsibilities include

• Supporting young people through the Streetwise project
• Working with young people in Secondary school, who are exhibiting behavioural or emotional problems
