Managing your child’s angry feelings 


A course aimed at parents and carers wanting advice to help them manage their child’s anger. It’s a six-week course with weekly hour and a half sessions.

Supporting parents of teenagers 


A course for parents and carers of teenagers (and preteens) covering parenting styles, communication, conflict resolution, rules and boundaries. It’s a six-week course with weekly hour and a half sessions.

Family Foundations 


An encouraging course for parents and carers of primary school aged children (4-11) that supports them to get the best out of family life. It’s a six-week course with weekly two-hour sessions.
